I'm Jordan Wilson. I own Smokey Marshmallow, a cabin on 1.5 acres in the Ouachita National Forest near Broken Bow, Oklahoma. I build and run my own online stores every day, so I built our booking site and owner app myself. The features on this page were made for our cabin and run there now. I build the same thing for other rental owners, one property at a time.
Questions owners ask
Do I have to leave Airbnb or Vrbo?
No. Your site runs next to them and the calendars stay in sync, so a night booked anywhere closes everywhere. Keep the platforms for new guests and send repeat guests, referrals and your social followers to your own site.
How do guests pay?
Through Stripe, straight into your own account. You set the deposit and balance schedule, cleaning fee, taxes, cancellation refunds and an optional refundable pet hold. We never hold guest money.
How does calendar sync work?
Your site checks your Airbnb and Vrbo calendars every 15 minutes and blocks those nights. It can also block dates within seconds when a booking email lands in your inbox. Airbnb and Vrbo read your site calendar on their own schedule, usually every few hours, so the owner app alerts you with a one-tap link to block a new direct booking on each platform.
Is the owner app in the App Store?
No app store needed. It installs from your phone's browser to your home screen on iPhone and Android, opens full screen like any other app, and updates itself.
Who owns the site?
Your domain, your Stripe account and your guest list are yours. Hosting and calendar sync are included at no monthly cost.
What do I need to provide?
The checklist covers it: photos, your Airbnb and Vrbo calendar links, prices and rules, the look you want, a Stripe account and your domain. It tells you exactly where to find each thing.
What does it cost after launch?
Nothing is required. Care plans are optional: Care $99/mo, Care Plus $149/mo, or $150 flat for a batch of changes whenever you need them. You pay your domain renewal and Stripe's card fees directly.
Is the deposit refundable?
Yes. If you change your mind before you submit your checklist, we refund the deposit in full.
Will my site rank on Google?
Every site ships fast, mobile first, with structured data and pages written for your area. Those are the basics search engines look for. Nobody can promise rankings, and we will not.
Is this only for cabins?
No. We started with our own cabin near Broken Bow, Oklahoma, and build for any short-term rental: cabins, lake and beach houses, condos and city homes across the US. More than one property? Request info and we will quote it.
